I have a KIA SORENTO GT LINE under warranty and I have many problems in the car due to manufacturing defect and each time I go to Kia service they force me to pay unnecessary money due to jobs they do and said warranty is not covering this job. Now my cart hanged since 3 days with no response from these theifes unless they want me agree to pay extra fees which is not related to what problems I’m facing in thcar
They are not professional at all,no engineer to talk or to explain anything
They are treating with me in unrepeatable way and impolite way
I don’t know what I can do
Same problem and each time I agree to pay money but nothing change
They want the period of warranty to be expired then they will start to repair the car because they are looking only for money
No quality and no respect at all
I hope my problem to be solved from a professional one
Otherwise I have to check mother company in Korea even I can take the picture of my car inside Kia servic salmabad bahrain and travel to them there
