This is the third Kia / Hyundai vehicle that I have and this Kia soul has a manufacturing defect in the transmission, it is at the Kia dealership on bank Street, awaiting the transmission parts and has been immobilized since last Tuesday,and I have to rent a vehicle in the mean time. This is totally unacceptable that I have to pay for a rental due to a manufacturing defect on Kia's part ,and Kia does not want to cover the rental fees while I wait for Kia to fix the issue( manufacturing defect) this is costing me around 50$ per day plus I am paying for the loan towards the vehicle, and Kia is taking time to fix a problem due to their own incompetence, do something about it
