July 4. 2013 a black woman named Lorraine Prenters of Village Place apartments 32 17th Street apt 320 San Diego, Ca 92101 attacked me with a chain. According to US Secret Service agents she had just been released from jail for dealing drugs on the property. According to the US Anti Drug Abuse Act passed by Congress in 1986, any landlord accepting HUD payments is to evict residents dealing drugs on the property or near. She was not evicted. I called police about the attack and they gave her a citation. I was given an eviction notice by Gervon Flanagan. My attorney Julie Lewin was weak in the court against Judge Jon Meyers (37-2013-00059877 CTL UD) who denied her a jury trial. I won the case with stipulations. A few weeks after the trial, Lorraine began to threaten to harm me. I emailed police about her. I told them that a resident named Samuel Hollman of unit 322 complained about her, Regina White of unit 212, Sabrina and her parolee husband in unit 201, Mike Hoffman in unit 208, and Veronica in unit 302 coming to his door with bags of crack. This enraged attorney Rebecca Fortune who hacked into my computer and subpoenaed my emails from Google and Cox Communications. Shortly thereafter, Samuel Hollman's body was found in the desert and I was issued a notice to vacate by Judge Jon Meyers. My attorney Richard Steiner has appealed the case. March 2014 SIster Tricia Cruz CEO of St Vincent De Paul was asked to resign for embezzlement by Father Joe Carroll.
Friday March 1, 2013 two white males and a white female with a large dog entered Village Place around 6:30pm they went to the second floor to see Johnny a weird acting black man. Willie Meadows of unit 321 comes out to tell the woman to come to his unit. She does and took her dog. At the time Willie Ray Meadows DOD 3/12/1962 was on parole for drug related activities. He has many felonies dating back to 1983. The police went to talk to him. He became enraged and got revenge by consulting with Rebecca Fortune and she told him to go to court to get a restraining order based on lies to help her evict me. San Diego sheriff deputy B Delgado came to my unit over 50 times on one order. This was to harass me. This is the MO of any St Vincent De Paul resident involved in drug trafficking, they go to court to get a restraining order against the person they feel threatened by so it is easier to unlawfully evict them. Black male Tariq Abdul Muhammad Muslim investigated by the FBI was on parole at the time his parole officer Martinez told St Vincent De Paul Captain Tillett to do a shakedown of his property. This infuriated Tariq and he went to court to get a restraining order based on lies against me. According to the Chaplaincy department St Vincent De Paul is under Federal investigation.
