I entered my alternate ID , tried every phone number I could think of and none of them worked. The cashier happened to be the store manager he kept sighing as my alternate ID was not working. He never once offered a new card or anything. He simply said "it doesn't work lady". I finally just paid full price for my items and walked out. He never cared. I ended up paying about 5 dollars more than what I should.
