I went to the King Soopers on 5/23 at Tower Road and Green Valley Ranch and bought some items but when i returned home i did not arrive with Tree Tea Oil which is what i went for- At the Register i asked the date 3 times and finally just put down 5/21- Then the checker called the Manager because my receipt wouldn't come out- The Manager told me it was frozen up and could not give me a receipt- So i called about 15 min. after i arrived home and called "customer service" and the girl told me i couldn't get a refund without the receipt after i had just told her the story- She said i would have to come back today in order to pick up the product and i said i was just getting ready to fix dinner- She said if i didn't come back today i was out of luck in less i came in tomorrow and the Manager recognized me!!! Yeah right after seeing 50 million people that day she's going to remember me- I even told her which register, the clerk was black and had on a blue mask but that wasn't good enough- A real customer service person would have said just a minute and i'll go to that register and see if the product is there- But no, that's too easy- Anyway, that's the last time i'll go to that store believe me!
