The following is a reply I received from a an Indian woman regarding leakage which damaged paint works on my flat. Malaysians, be careful when buying flats or Condo, never buy one immediately under the roof.

Thank you for the email. May I know why do you said that the damaged painting works were caused by the negligence of the maintenance crew?

The roof leakage problem was fixed and repaired by the contractor and out of good will he did the patch up painting work in your apartment.

Sir, roof leakage problem will be handle by the Badan Pengurusan Bersama Pangsapuri Kipvilla Indah and the damage that occur inside the

apartment need to be settle by the residents/owner.
