While Shopping at Kmart yesterday, thru out the store are signs that read, spend $40.00 get $20.00 in cash rewards.
I spent $47.00's and used a previous earned cash record card. I was told that why current purchase did not qualify for the
$20.00 dollar cash card because i used a coupon and a cash card which dropped my total below the $ 40.00 dollar
purchase. My thought being that how ever I paid for the purchase, the total was $47.00 dollars.
when I called and talked to the person answering the phone, I was told that spend $40.00 get $20.00 was a one time deal per customer. The posted sign does not reflect that, it leads aperson to believe that every time you shop, and spend $40.00 dollars,
you will receive a $20.00 cash reward card..
I believe the person I spoke with was wrong and would like clarification on the above stated cash reward policy.
Thank You,
Karl Short
