Shop air conditioning

Calor insoportable en toda la tienda pues supuestamente el air estaba dañado,pero varias veces he visitado la tienda y está en las mismas condiciones.es una pena porque el servio y los precios son buenísimos gxs

Very bad customer service

I went to Kmart.
At the time of purchase, cashier (Madison)
was not polite at all. Did not even ask for my rewards number. She went straight to my total. I paid and ended up short on my change, $10 dollars missing from my change. I told her I was missing some money, she ignored the situation until I spoke to someone else about it. She was disrespectful and rude. After she just handed over the 10 dollars to me without even apologizing. Definitely need training on customer service.

no help from store employees

I went to the K Mart in Statesboro Ga wanting to make a purchase from the jewelry dept and did not receive any assistance. The cashiers kept saying that "we will get some one". I spent approximately 16 minutes waiting and no assistance were given. from 4pm to 4:16 no one ever came. I did make a purchase but for the sake of time was the only reason. I see why people go to Walmart. This is not the first time that I had problems with the jewelry dept. It was last year about this time when I had problems. The store number was 3952. I am very very upset that this happened again and guess what, never will I go and my husband is an avid shopper there and I will advise him to do likewise.

BUYER BEWARE

I went into Kmart to return a pair of shoes that my son got for Christmas. I did not have the receipt because it was a gift. I wanted to exchange the shoes for the EXACT same pair one size larger. I didn't even consider that this would be a problem because virtually every other store in America does this sort of thing. Kmart refused to exchange the shoes even though they were brand new still in the box with tags! I ended up getting the original reciept from the person who bought my son the shoes. Surely, their wouldn't be a problem now-think again-this is The Almighty and Esteemed Kmart after all. The shoes were bought on Black Friday (11/25) and I went to return them on Dec. 29th. Guess I should have somehow foreseen the future and exchanged them the night before Christmas because I exceeded the 30day limit, and I was told there "was nothing we can do now." Really?! Really Kmart?! Needless to say, I will NEVER shop Kmart again and judging by their poor sales and closing stores, many other people feel the same. Kmart has every right to handle returns any damn way they choose;however, as a consumer I can buy virtually everything Kmart has to offer at least 25 other stores. No wonder business is failing and their stocks continue to fall.

Bissell Sweeper

On August 11, I purchased a Bissell Sweeper from a Kmart store I frequent several times a month. A day or two later when I started to use it, I realized it was electric and not cordless as I had wanted. This store will not allow returns without the original register tape, so when I went to get it from the box of receipts, it wasn't there. I had misplaced it. Monday I found that tape; yesterday my husband tried to return it and they would not accept it. The sweeper HAD NOT BEEN OUT OF THE BOX!

When I purchase an appliance, I always ask if it is returnable. The cashier assured me AS LONG AS I HAD MY SALES RECEIPT I could return it. NOTHING was said about a time limit. We could not, however, even exchange it for another item.

I'm asking that you pleaseallow me to, at least, exchange it for other merchandise.

would not return

Store 7644. Had a receipt but over 30 days, merchandise still on shelf and selling full price would not even give an in-store credit or even exchange for item that fit. I do not live near the store.
Never will purchase even a candy bar from this store

return policy

Purchased a baby stroller for a baby shower on 6/10/2016. Asked cashier the return policy & explained that I wanted to purchase the stroller now d/t it being on sale, but the baby shower wasn't until 8/6. Was told that as long as a had the gift receipt there wouldn't be any problem returning it. Went back today 8/10 to return it (the mother received 2 strollers) & was told that I couldn't even get store credit d/t being past 30 days. Didn't want my money back, was even going to purchase an item that the mother needed (which was an additional $40), but the manager said no, & wouldn't even come out of the office to speak to me. Gave me a phone number for the corporate office that wasn't even the correct number!!!

poor quality knit pants

I purchased a pair of LDS Bottoms for $9.98, along with some other items. I washed them like I wash all my other knits--cold water and dry in gentle knit dryer for a short time. I could tell they had shrunk. Since I planned to go back to the store anyway (it's a 45 min. drive one way), I thought I would take these pants back and hold them up next to a pair on the rack. I made sure they were the same brand and size. My carefully washed and dried pants were 6" shorter than the ones on the rack. They were a size L and I'm only 5'3", so the ones on the rack came down past my ankles. I decided to take both pair to the service desk. I explained how I carefully washed and minimally dried them and showed her the difference. I told her I didn't know if she could give me my money back but felt it wasn't fair to have to pay for them. Either way, I wanted to show her the problem. She responded with a little laugh, saying, "They really shrunk, didn't they? Since they've been washed, you cannot return them."

I realize that these pants are a casual and inexpensive item, but shame on K Mart for selling these, and likely many other items that are so inferior.

Loud and rude cashier

The cashier shonda was rude towards me and didn't appreciate her loudness. .stated kmart rewards are a complete mess but sure she could look to see if i even had anything most the time people dont.i find that rude then insisted i didn't need a bad for my item.....

Coupons stolen from inside packages - packages taped back up and left on shelf

I purchased several of the trial packages of Depends Silhouettes, with the primary reason being to get the $4 coupon which was listed as being inside the box for when I made future purchases of the larger fullscale boxes.

I got home and when I went to open the boxes found that every one of them had been opened either completely or folded back for someone to grab the coupons out - and then apparently the store personnel tapped them shut so a tired person in a hurry like me would buy them and not microscopically examine them.

Big disappointment - especially after I had to wait while the clerk had to ring my order up twice because the computer refused to let me use the $10 worth of accrued points on my account on the first time AND after being told the shoes I had taken to the register did not qualify for the buy one get the second for $1 even though the shelf tag was immediately above this brand and model of shoes. I should have just walked out at that point.

Why do I even bother to go back to K-Mart? I can get things almost as quickly ordering through Amazon.com, and if there is a problem, Amazon fixes it immediately.

Bad attitude manager

I went to return a gift set that i got in my baby shower and i wanted to get something else. I didn' t have a receipt but the price came out 19.99 ,the cashier asked the manager because he said that he coudn't do it without a receipt. She responded with a bad attitude that she coudn' t refund me the full amount, and she she gave me a gift card for 16.04. I guess she kept the rest for her. I think that she as a manager should have a better attitude with the customer, she never smile . The store is just loosing customer with her attitude, people goes where they are treated with respect and they want to feel welcome.

Products and service

I just wrote a complaint and your spell check changed what I wrote I had every it changed it to economy. That's what I mean about your business. Now I'll add more. You lost a brand new snowblower huge size one when I brought it for a check. I bought a refrigerator 3000.00 have had so many parts break and found out when they installed my water line by my hot water tank they drilled a hole in the water line which could have caused my hot water tank and refrigerator to shut down since particle could have gone through the line. So again I don't shop at your stores again. Poor service products and customer service

Products and service

I really avoid Kmart and Sears because there have always been problems. This time I buy 150.00 worth of products. I bought ice cream sandwiches doesn't seem like a lot but I get home they are squished looks like they were defrosted then refrozen. The last time I was there I was at the customer service desk. You had 5 people who may have been from corporate or other k Marts. We had 4 of us in line and they occupied one of the cashiers answering questions. If you valued your customer service they should have addressed the customers US first. I had many many many problems with Sears do I won't ship at you economy again. I will continue to shop Target. Much better service and products. I always say you need us we don't need you.

Not enourgh cashiers

I shopped at the store and the line (ONE LINE) kept a minimum of 20 customers in line even though I loudly asked for another cashier to assist. This prompted NOTHING. The apathetic employees at the customer service department said that help was coming but more often than not, customers abandoned their baskets and left the store without their desired purchases. As a retired service representative of the telephone company, I thought this lack of managements and desire to please customer rated a zero

Lady at service desk was rude about returning a bra hadn't worn it just took the price tag off... But decided to exchange for a bigger size ....was treated unfairly... Now I have a bra that I won't b wearing n a store I won't be shopping anymore....

rude clerk

I went to the Sebring, FL KMart to purchase Zest soap. the sign in the store stated 2 for $5. I took it to the register and it rang up for $3.19 each. I told her that was incorrect. Maria said you could pay the $3.19 or not get it. I asked her to check with a manager she said that was not possible. So we stood there starring at each other. She finally called the manager who check the price and I was correct. She was absolutely the RUDEST CLERK I HAVE VER HAD TO DEAL WITH!. I did not realize until I came home she short changed me on the cash back. This store is known for its rude people. What a disgrace to the Kmart name.

Store Manager

This is One of THE WORST STORE manager I have EVER IN MY LIFTE TIME CAME IN CONTACT WITH!
STORE #7080 her name is CYNTHIA FIELDS..SHE IS VERY VERY RUDE,DISRESPECTFUL,AND OFTEN USES PROFANITY TOWARDS EMPLOYEES! THERE HAS NEVER BEEN A TIME THAT I HAVE ENTER THE STORE AND SEEN THIS MANAGER SMILE OR EVEN GREET:(..WHO HIRES SOMEONE WITH SUCH AN PERSONALITY?!..MY QUESTION TO THE HIGHER POWER WHAT CAN BE DONE ABOUT THIS SITUTATION???!!!!..

Incompetent Manager

I bought 2 bra without check at the store #3853 on 07/22/14, later I tried at home and not fixed to me. Then I went to the store #3853 on 07/23/14 with receipt, everything new and packed as original to exchange. The customer service employee refused to help me. She don't check the items and said: "we cannot changed bra because the exchange policy". I confronted her because the policy on the receipt DON'T said that, neither a letter on the intimate department or at the cash register. So, I choosed to talk with the Manager (Marianela Conde-Melendez), I waited for her more than 20 minutes. During that time she called 2 times the customer service employee to avoid talking to me. In one of those calls I heard the conversation and the Manager asked the employee: what the policy said? and the employee read to her in front on me. After that, she came with negative attitude and again without check anything she declined listen, help or gave me a good reasons why not. I told her: so, anyone can try the bra at the dressing room and put it back, but Kmart does not accepts mines that I bought yesterday with a $200 shop list, who decided to try at home and bring back for others. At the end she limited to said to me: we reserve the right admission! She never show me the policy letter before the customer choose to buy any intimate item, only at the end with the receipt or hidden at the customer service font desk. How a customer knows their rights? Very incompetent, challenging, not helpful and showing that do not mind losing a customer and leave satisfied. That's the reason Kmart has lost it's market. Never back again!!!

Desk attendance bad attitude

On December 17/2013 I bought a baby high chair at K Mart located at 11330 Montwood Dr. in El Paso TX 79936. This baby high chair was my Christmas gift for my granddaughter so I wrapped the box as a present so this was given to my baby girl.
Almost a month passed when the chair got a damaged on a terminal safety plastic caps so this turned the chair such an unsafe item so I decided to go to the store and make a change for another one functional but the lady at the desk told me that I required to return the item including the box so I told her that I never imagined to have this kind of issues so that is why my daughter nether me kept the box . I told her that I just wanted to exchange the item for another one and I could carry the chair without the box so after a little while she decided to call to another associate to check if the item still available. I went with this new associate and fortunately we found the item available so I moved the box to the customer front desk and this lady (Maria) told me with some kind of disgust to make my line and wait for my turn so I did it. Later on she instructed me to pull the item (chair an-assembled) from the box so I asked her for a box cutter and she just replied that she did not have any box cutter...she replied that she had only a scissors. She never as a courtesy offered me at least a plastic box so I had to carry all items under my arms to my car. Also when I asked her for her last name she just replied that "No one has last name in that store.
Her name is Maria and the refund number # was 88439257312 and the store # 3919. If you need the receipt please let me know to be send it via fax or email.

I hope to hear from you soon because this kind of treatment from your employees is causing to change my preferences and buy at Walmart or Target.

customer service

there was a end cap for pulls and free to go cups there where none of the cups for this display for the assistant mgr Beverley told me to tell the cashier to sell me the cups that where there for .01 and the Hughes start kit for .01 less so when me and my husband and grandson when to check out i told the cashier "BEN" what i was told he looked in the sales add when i told him it was an end cap he said know there wasn't and that he had to call a mgr i asked him to call the person i spoke to he told me no
he was not going to do that and he would call who he wanted , i saw Beverley on my way out so i told her what happened she told me she was sorry for happened and want me to go back to the cashier so i could buy the teams for what she told me i explained that i was t o upset at the cashier to speak to him again she keep ed saying sorry i asked her to speak to him about it but i don't think "BEN" CARE'S AT THIS TIME I DON'T KNOW IF I WILL SHOP AT KMART ANYMORE WITHOUT HIM TELLING ME HE'S SORRY FOR TREATING ME LIKE SHIT .

I HAVE A COMPLAINT ABOUT STORE #4151 AND YOUR WORKER AT CUSTOMER SERVICE JESSICA AND PATSY, THEY ARE VERY RUDE AND DISRESPECTFUL AND THEY WERE BOTH VERY RUDE TO YOUR CASHIER HEATHER, THEY DIDN'T KNOW THAT I HEARD BUT THIS MORNING ON 3/5 THIS MORNING PATSY WAS VERY RUDE WHEN HEATHER CAME IN FOR WORK AND THEN THIS AFTERNOON MY DAUGHTER WAS IN THERE ON 3/5 AND JESSICA WAS VERY BALEDGERANT AND RUDE TOWARD HEATHER TALKING TO HER LIKE SHE IS STUPID. I LIKE HEATHER ALL OF OUR FAMILY HAS ALWAYS BEEN TREATED VERY KINDLY BY HEATHER. SOMEONE REALLY NEEDS TO DO SOMETHING ABOUT THESE 2 GIRLS, BECAUSE THIS IS NOT PROFESSIONAL AT ALL. THANK YOU.
