I went shopping at the Fort Gratiot Mi Kohls store Sunday May 6 , 2018 . I am so done with shopping at Kohls because of all the Security pins that are in the clothing , not only are you ( Kohls ) putting holes in the clothes that I am paying $ 40.00 or more for each piece but I also have to wait longer to be checked out because of all the security pins . I am tired of the cashier's always asking me if I would like to get a Kohls charge card , if I wanted one I would ask you .
I have ordered clothes from your online site before just to have to take them to the store so they can remove the security pins because they came with them. Not only was it a inconvenience to me because I had to schedule time to get to the store witch I live a hour away from the store , you wasted my time and gas .
My family will no longer be shopping at your stores or your online merchandise . We will be taking are business somewhere else . This family of 6 will no longer be customers .
