Dear sir,today I was coming from Central to Dumdum by metro.I went to the ticket counter & told him for 2 Dumdum tickets, giving him ten rupees.But the exact fare is 20 rupees (ten each).When he gave me the tickets,he was on a phone call & ignored me what I'm asking.Without telling me anything he give me two tokens five rupees each.After come to Dumdum our tickets was not excepted in the machine.And the then security caught us & brought us a room where we was charged for not bearing exact fare tickets.Then they wrongly took the fine from us.After some hot talk we knew a matter that our tickets is from Central to Esplanade.Today that counter man negligency I faced all the harassment.There is a little plastic token use as a ticket & there is no given information that price,where to where from.How would a simple person knew about a fault of this kind by the authority.I also attached the receipt of fine where indicated,the time-16.40pm,the counter-Central metro station post 2,the fare,the destination where the ticket I'm issue,the ticket number.
Please do the necessary step.I'm waiting for your response.....m
