Inordinate delay and harassment in police verification

0n 14th Sept 2015 I completed the PSK process.My police verification is still pending.
From DCSC OFFICE Kolkata, I received details of the officer assigned. There is an unnecessary delay in the POLICE VERIFICATION process. Neither the local police station nor the DCSC office is adequately cooperating.
