I've have a very bad experience from what I had just now , I bought a ticket from sunway ktm station which named setia jaya station from their counter and been serve by this guy name BASRI ..
The story began with , he returning me my balance with 5 sen and I asking politely for a 10 sen or 20sen since I notice the table has plentry of it. And I got a very shock respond which is he ignoring me and after I request for second time , he reply me with very inpatient way . And told me not to so trouble making this change. I've told him that I need coin to used as some place are not collect 5 sen . After that he ignored me for 3rd time and when I ask for his name , he just shout at me and told me to do whatever complaint I want as there's no complain section on his company. OMG..... piss off in da morning
