My paid Koolserve account got suspended without any notice on an administrator's subjective suspicion that I might be using it as file store. That could have been easily clarified had Koolserve showed the courtesy of sending me (a paying client) a short note.
The administrator later claimed in Koolserve's account support forum that Koolserve takes the right to suspend accounts, paid or not, at their sole discretion, and actually wanted to be begged in the forum to resume Koolserve's contractual obligations. He does not have the time to send notes to clients as he has schoolwork to do.
