illegal staff and noise pollution

IN KOPI BAR BUKIT JALIL ALL WORKERS ILLEGAL AND THEY ARE PLAY MUSIC VERY LOUDLY. I checked with some staff they don't have legal documents to work there.i think immigration have to take strict action bcoz how they can work without any work permits or without documents and some staff said they are not paying them salary as well.
