Laptop repairs

Good afternoon
I am 7702230485082 KR NKO, I have returned my laptop in July to be repaired as ylit came back to been broken whilst I took it for repairs in January 2021.
When it returned it was damaged I reported immediately to your office, and was advised to return it until today no one has ever said anything to me I called they said it was out at repairs, I have not received it even knw.
The whole year without my laptop that I don't even a cent.
I need answers as in yesterday
