I shopped at King Soopers in Broomfield, Colorado on June 17, 2021.
I had 5 items in my cart, and was trying to exit the building, when my cart suddenly locked up, and I was unable to leave. A customer service representative asked me for my receipt, which I shower her, she clicked her clicker and "allowed' me to take my cart outside. I am handicapped and wasn't expecting to be stopped at the door. I almost flew over the top of the cart! I am not happy about this, and don't plan to return to that store.
