Transaction Password

When i have registered and book ticket from Bangallore to Pune, I have not received any option to update Transaction password , Bit when I am cancelling ticket , It is asking for Transaction Password , which i dont have.

Also that cancel option not coming directly , nee to open different pages , then in some page you will get the option.

transaction sms not recieved

I tried to book an e ticket to calicut on 24/6/15. After the booking I still have not recieved any transacction password sms which i require to change my boarding point. please verify the situation.
