Hi I'm a new staff at one of the KFC in Ipoh. I need to ask about really KFC managers know or not how to treat a Co-staff? Or only know to show thier manager level to us.. Please I need to highlights here teach ur manager to respect their staff so the person can enjoy working and try to continue work. I don't know calling a person "hey" with sitting like shit like gangster.. Really disappointing character.
And the main thing I want ask the KFC management really all the KFC have no teamwork between staff???? If u ask 1person to take a things and dk all the work by 1person other staff no one can do teamwork and even helping mind between them.. And the manager so proudly can say that ur work you only must do and other staff can't help.. What the stupid rules.. I thing this the reason why people always stop working... Please teach as well ur staff and manager the word of teamwork n cooperation .... So the other new staff can enjoy the working environment... Hopefully need changes in management wise...
