EVERYTIME I book ktmb ticket online, I can't choose the seat! It shown SLOT NOT AVAILABLE! The eticket system is rubbish!

Slot not available error each time
I'm a university student and we university students rarely get the chance to go outside and book tickets as our studying schedule is very packed throughout the year.So i resorted to booking tickets online. But for the past three months im getting this error saying the train slot is not available each time.It is really annoying as whenever I book tickets only the platinum seats are available. And since cost of living in universities are getting high it is really to our inconvenience that this error is popping up. Even when i book tickets three to four weeks earlier I'm getting this error. It is understandable if this happens during festive seasons but during normal days? Please look into this matter immediately for the sake of university students. Thank you.

KTM ONLINE TICKET SYSTEM BLOCKED MY BOOKING
I tried for 3 HOURS today to book 4 KTM tickets on 4 different trains for this weekend:
1. Woodlands CIQ to JB Sentral.
2. JB Central to Kulai.
3. Kulai to JB Sentral.
4. JB Sentral to Woodlands CIQ.
QUESTION 1: WHY DID KTM DISCONTINUE DIRECT TRAIN SERVICES BETWEEN SINGAPORE/WOODLANDS AND MALAYSIA/KULAI?
The screen shows seats are AVAILABLE, in blue colour icons in the KTM online train seating plans.
After I have selected the 4 trains and 4 seat numbers that I require and after I pressed the SAVE button, the system SUCCESSFULLY LISTED MY SELECTION BY SHOWING MY 4 TRAIN AND TICKET SELECTIONS ON SCREEN.
However, each time when I pressed the CONTINUE button on the screen to make payment, the KTM website pops up an error message stating "seat locked"!!! The KTM website BLOCKED me from going to the payment page!!!
WHAT???!!!???
Since I am a very patient person, I tried again and again for 3 HOURS by selecting different AVAILABLE seats marked in BLUE COLOUR ICONS IN THE KTM ONLINE TRAIN SEATING PLAN, and made REPEATED attempts to submit my booking BUT each time, the KTM website BLOCKS my booking attempt by popping up a variety of error messages, e.g. Seat locked, Slot not found, system error, etc!!!
QUESTION 2: KTM, are you or your staff intentionally blocking users from booking train tickets? Are you or your staff selling off tickets in the black market, depriving genuine Travelers of a chance to buy tickets online?
PLEASE NOTE THAT I AM A SEASONED TRAVELER AND IN MY COUNTLESS ONLINE TRANSACTIONS ELSEWHERE, I HAVE NEVER ENCOUNTERED SUCH SUSPICIOUS RETAILER ACTIVITY ONLINE THAT I HAVE ENCOUNTERED AT THE KTM TICKETING WEBSITE!
I HAVE PURCHASED NUMEROUS ONLINE TRAIN, PLANE AND BUS TICKETS ONLINE, TO AND AT OVERSEAS DESTINATION, AND I ALWAYS HAD MADE THOSE PURCHASES SMOOTHLY AND CONVENIENTLY WITH NO SUCH HASSLE AT ALL.
Can someone in authority please investigate KTM for this suspicious online activity? Thank you.
