It's a new building for the station but hopelessly dysfunctional. All TnG scanners faulty since 24 Jan 2017; one of which was 'Rosak' for more than two months. Four out of five ticket vending machines non-operational or under maintenance on 25 Jan 2017 morning. Roof already leaking after continuous rain with leaks spotted in from of KTM ticketing counters.
The TnG at the multi-storey car park in Sungai Buloh is another laughing matter although not many are laughing anymore! At some TnG lanes, cars need to at least two arm's length away from the TnG scanner otherwise the boom bar will not open. This way, either the driver needs to step out to scan the card or needs a very very long arm.
Come on KTMB and TnG. You can do better than that. Stop making fools of yourselves...we the commuters are not impressed at all. How long more do we have to put up with this silliness and extremely poor management and maintenance culture?
To KTMB management, Sg Buloh station manager in particular, you better buck up or get out!
