Delayed! SUCKS
Dear KTM Management,
First of all, I would like to suggest you that all of the management should register yourself in the "Time management skill" class, learn how to be on time and follow the schedule. I just don't understand why you guys can be the management but can't manage the schedule, shameful. Please! Do something, dont just get the money and sit aside goyang kaki.
Why you arrange the time slot but never follow the schedule. then what's the purpose of the schedule? Just to show us (passenger) that managements are doing their job? Nah~
Stop giving yourself so many excuses when the train is late or delayed! Please lah, The train operates every single day but you still can't estimate the time? Morning also late, evening also late. So many time slot for you to choose to be late or maintain the train BUT you always choose during peak hour to service the train. VERY PANDAI!!!! Because of YOU! we always late to work, late to home. You been saying will improve the service from dont know what year until now, still got NOTHING.
KTM service are so bad but the charging are so high. Idiot KTM.
AND TODAY! the train stopped at Shah Alam Station about 40mins!!!! Idiot KTM
