I would like to complain about the ktmb booking system. Last time I bought a return tickets as a guest from Butterworth to kl sentral and from kl sentral to Butterworth. The payment already deducted from my account but I still didn't receive any tickets. Please solve my problem as soon as possible and please email me back, thank you.

Dear Ms/Mr,

I'm a first time user of KTMB E-Ticket system and I have some difficulties making payment. The webpage would not allow me to fill in any details for payment transaction. It just shows ticket transaction is not successful after I have clicked confirm on the seats details. I have been doing this since last night. Please kindly look into this.
