I Purchased 2 adult ticket on 2017-03-07 to booking 12/03/17 1935 from Kampar to KL Sentral. The payments were successfully and deducted RM62 from my Maybank account but the website show "Internal Server Error" and I didn't receive any ticket references from you.

Please refund RM62 to me as the problem was due to the website system error.

I was thrilled when ktmb announced online purchase of e-ticket. But when I went online this morning (6Jan2016) at 8.20am to buy a ticket for 6 Feb 2016, from Bandar Tasek Selatan to Alor Setar on the E20 Peninsula Malaysia line I discovered that there were no more berths tickets available. My question is "when did then tickets get sold off?" It is strange because I have been trying to buy a berth e-ticket online on 4 Jan and 5Jan (even until 1 am +) and the date 6 Feb 2016 onsite calender was not highlighted. So imagine my surprise that the berth tickets were all sold out on 6 Jan 2016 before 8.30am!! Can ktmb tell how the tickets got sold off so fast since we can purchase tickets only 30 days in advance, be it online or at the Alor Setar train station. This is also poor business practice considering airlines sell their tickets months in advance. Once a ticket is bought that's money in ktmb's coffer !
