COMPLAINT ETS9222 INVOLVING ONBOARD INJUIRES
On 4th Augh 2018, my mum(Cheong Sam King, the passanger) onboard to ETS9222 from Sentul Kuala Lumpur to Padang Besar.
Upon arriving Padang Besar station, the train stopped and my mum stood up to reach out of her bags. Without any announcement and the train moved forward again. The move had caused my mum lost of balance and fell in the train.
Due to the negligence of ETS, it caused my mum fell and leaded femur neck fracture. The fracture required an operation to replace the femur head to avoid the disruption of blood supply. The negligence of ETS has caused our family to pay for a hefty operation cost amounted RM26,000.
We are now seeking compensation from KTM on the medical cost due to the negligence action caused to the passanger.

pricing and eticket
why is it compulsory to pay an extra rm20 just for few packets of biscuit and a drink?? normal price rm59 and for certain time ticket was charged rm79 for such a simple meal. please make it as an option because i dont think people would want to pay extra for that. Also the eticketing system is so bad unable to see the full details using smartphones and sometimes cannot proceed to payment as well. so many complaints about this system and yet no changes were made at all. the purpose of online ticketing is to convenient to everyone so please work out on this problem

the booking is not yet open for mid June
I want to buy ets ticket for mid June, but until now I cant even make a booking. Why the booking is not yet open? It is less than 20 days before the date. Is the system not yet refresh or got any problem? Please fix it.

Still waiting for KTMB refund since 10 months ago
I had successfully cancelled my ETS tickets on 16 and 17 of April 2016 (from KL to Kampar) from KTMB KL Sentral counter since 10th April. I have no news from them so I went back to ETS counter in KL Sentral several time and each time they said they will report this to your finance department and told to wait since they are not responsible.
Till today I have not receive the refund or any of communicated from them what is happening or status.
For your reference Ticket info from KTMB Intercity Services as follow:
1. Cancellation Receipt - A0746715
2. Cancellation Receipt - A0746716
This is already 10 months since the cancellation. This is way passed KTMB refund commitment of maximum 3 months.
