Dear sir,

I’m taking 11.25am train from jb to sg. Until now (12.27pm), I’m still sitting in the train and waiting at jb Sentral.

How could it be and no announcement and explaination from the officer. How could it be for a public transport service provider be such irresponsible for this. This is not the first time encountered.. few times already across the months.

Please educate your staff to make announcement or explaination. Don’t treat us like a idiot sitting in the train!

You are wasting all passengers’ time waiting in the train.
