To whom it may concern,
I had bought an e-ticket just now via KTMB Apps, the payment was successful as it was deducted from my bank (through Maybank2u). However, it shows runtime error when refresh back to the ticketing page and display "Payment Unsuccessful". When i went back to KTMB Apps, my ticket is not in the system and I couldn't see the ticket reservation. Please help me refund this transaction.
