Forever BUSY
Been trying to call KTMB for customer service. First call, It got cut off suddenly prior answering my question.
No choice but i had to call back, been trying to call back and no one pick up. I called about 6 times and no one reply. It just go " All our agent are currently busy, please wait and we will attend to you shortly". It repeated three times and goes "we have not receive any respond from you, please try again". What am I suppose to click to respond and it just end my call naturally like a boss.
I feel each calls has its time limit; when it reach, regardless what, They'll just end the call.
