Dear sir/madam,

Please be informed that I had purchased a ticket via intranet (https://intranet.ktmb.com.my/e-ticket/Booking.aspx) but no print out is available in the system as it shows internal server error.

Details as below:

Passengers: 1
From KL Central to Ipoh
Date:8-9-2016
Selected train:9236
Depart time: 12.29
Arrival time:
Coach label: C
Seat: 7A

Please refund for the amount of RM20.00 to me as the payments had been deducted from my Maybank account and thank you in advance for replying.
