Internal server error in E ticket purchase after transaction done successful.

Dear Sir or Madam,

I have made 4 KTM ticket reservation via KTMB E-ticket system on 2016-09-04 around 8.40am to booking 03/10/16 6am from JB Sentral to Singapore Woodland CIQ.

The Public bank (PB Day2Day DR VISA484810004892XXXX) payment successful and deducted my bank account on 06/09/16 RM7 Per transaction.(Total deducted RM28.00)

but i only have 2 transaction successful booking and for another 2 transaction for the KTM E-ticket system show transaction failed and i didn't get any reference no or ticket no for this transaction in KTM E-ticket system.

I have e-mail to KTMB ([email protected]) on 09/09/16 but not any respond to me.

Kindly please refund for total amount RM 14 to me.
