Total of SGD 13.92 was charged to my DBS bank account due to KTMB intranet server hang up.
Date of purchase: 5 Dec 2016
Jouney: City Square to Woodlands CIQ
Time of Journey: 12 Dec 2016 15:30PM
No. Of pax: 2
No pdf eTicket issue to me, screen freeze at payment processing page for more than 10 minutes. After that, no ticket was issued, then purchase again still facing the same issue, 3rd time purchase still same again. After checked my bank statement, found the amount of 3xpurchase SGD 13.92 was charged.
However, the KTMB intranet purchase history could not found the etickets i have purchased. The seats i chosen during 3xpurchase were still opening for sale. I am not dare to purchase the tickets since there has no eticket issue after payment was charged.
Customer service 03-22671200 is totally disaster. "Agen kami masih sibuk, sila tunggu sebentar" after 5 times then auto hang up the call. Worst ever customer service which can only found in Malaysia. Shame on you KTMB. Waste my international call money for about 10 call attempts without any agent answered the call. I will keep the right to claim back the bill charge after received the bill statement.
