No E ticket after purchase and payment done successful.

Dear Sir or Madam,

I have made a KTM ticket reservation via KTMB Mobile system on 2017-11-05 around 8.35am to booking 4/12/17 5.30am from JB Sentral to Singapore Woodland CIQ.

The Public bank (PB Day2Day DR VISA484810004892XXXX) payment successful and deducted my bank account on 05/11/17 from iPay88 - Payment details (Ref# T129953890200), but no KTM E-ticket to show and i didn't get any reference no or ticket no for this transaction in KTM E-ticket system.

Kindly please refund for total amount RM 5 to me.
