Hello Complaint Board,

This is very frustrating, the way your airport personnel treats when my mother requested for reason to why our relatives from India is detained. Today flight from India, Kochi - AK-34 AirAsia at 20:40 PM landed Malaysia at 3:35 AM till now it is almost 7AM - 15-Sept-2018 they are not released. The reason being they only have MYR 500.00 in their hands. The Immigresen officers are not allowing them to be released unless they have MYR 1,000.00 . They are here for just a couple of days (3 people) and they have people here to take care of them so why the heck are you all holding this person and treating us Indians like we are wrong people ? .

I need an answer of this complaint or I will need to go on social media and news if they are not released. The duty officer Mr. Aziz if you are reading this they are here for birthday party and you let us wait in the airport for 4 hours now, we all have work to attend on, We try to reach out but none of you are giving us cooperation.

Our China Engineer, his name : Mr. Huang Qian, Passport number : EC6776773 via flight from GZ to KL
Flight number : CZ 349, arrival tine : 12:25pm on 26/8.

He has return flight on 8/9, flight number : CZ3048 at 18:00

Until now unable to reach him in arrival hall and his cell phone is switch-off and we need to update of his
safety to his company and family.

Please update the status in URGENTLY case and we need him to support our machine.

Today 1.30am I went to washroom next to Gloria Jean's Coffees at arrival hall and I was forget to took my iphone which put on the toilet bowl. I ran back to washroom once I realised it and I saw a staff was put my iphone to her pant's left pocket and walked fast away from washroom. I rush forward and asked her did she seen my iphone ? She keep silent and put her hand into the pocket. I pleased her to take out all the things in her pocket but she just showed me her nokia (maybe is other brand) keypad phone and that is only phone in her pocket. I keep asking her to return my phone to me and i told her that she unable to sell my phone as there is my Apple ID in the iphone. After that she took out my iphone from her pocket and return to me. I was very unhappy why she not admitted that she had stolen my iphone. I don't mind she stolen my phone but all my data was in the phone. She still rude to me and said go report police if you have evidence. How come this kind of rude staff / "thief" can become as KLIA employee. Hopefully and appreciate KLIA able to investigate and take actions this issue in order to prevent the same happen to next victim.

The rudeness of this immigration staff is unbelievable! Please do take action cause when i check on this case there's alr a bunch of people complaining the same thing ! Im taking my 3 yrs old toddler going back to indonesia n queue for 20 minutes in immigration line , n when it comes to my turn this immigation lady with her mad face don't even touching my passport but i heard she said something , so i ask her "umm excuse me what ?" Cause i can't heard her , she immediately shouted me "i told u to open ur passport cover just simple things like that u can't do!!!" If u r in my position what would u do ?? I firmly hold my passport n starting to uncover my passport with a very unpleasant face n instead of saying sorry she shouted me again n said "eh whats ur problem ?" I boldly told her "u shouted me thats the problem" , before i even got a chance to said i had a kid right here dying to go to the bathroom she said "u go to next counter i dont want to serve u!!!" With whole respect , all management team , please do take this thing seriously ! Cause i've been to so many airport but nothing beat this crazy lady ! I felt so insult !
