I purchased CB Automator plugin from this company. The plugin's job is to import content from websites that promote products from Clickbank.com. Even though their sales page said that it could import content by categories, the plugin imported content from product sites selected at random from different categories. Another defect it had was was that many of the content imported was from products that were not active in Clickbank anymore, so the automatic import objective was defeated. And a third defect was that its settings did not include all the functionality that was presented in the sales video.
I requested a refund and was denied it since they said they never said the import of content was according to niches. I submitted a Paypal claim and Paypal also denied me the refund since they said they do not cover software that may not work as expected when installed. But the worst was when Kudoos Interactive downgraded my license to use the software in multisites. I paid them for an unlimited licensed and seeing that they had won, they changed the license for a one site only. So now my purchase turned into a fraud since I cannot used the program as the license I purchased allowed me to.
Kudos Interactive and its CEO Ankur Shukla are scammers. They appear a few times in reports at Ripoff Report.com. I strongly recommend not to buy any software from them. Upon request I am ready to provide proof of purchase and the messages exchanged with Kudos Interactive while the Paypal Claim was active.
