Hi. My item is still stuck at KLIA hub from 9 July until today still no update. Why does delivery from Peninsular to Sabah/Sarawak takes so long but not otherwise? My customer is getting frustrated because waited so long and we're sending this item second time as its really takes too long to delivered. Please take action on this matter and l think its better to return back the item to our company as soon as possible.
