I have been using Kylin TV phone service for over two years. I had to canceled KyLin phone service and sent returned phone devices in accounting with their retune directions for the $50 refund as they told. My USPS confirmation letter and numbers (attached below) has shown that the devices arrived at their place in Aug. 6, 2018. I was told in the email and on the phone which be able to refund within around ten businesses days. After I called and questioned about my refund on Aug. 24, I was told to wait a few more days but without any apology, explanation or reasons. I think I have patient long enough to wait until this day the Oct. 8. two months. No one else will answer my calls since. Every time I had to spent about 15 minutes to be able to leaving a message. But I never received their return calls. So I need to know where is their promise or their policies to refund my return devices $50?? Is this the way Kylin TV company doing the business or to treat the customers like me? Please don’t hiding or ignore my request for refund me!!! I need my $50 money back!!!
