I had filed complaint in this board in last October 9 regarding with KyLin TV phone service that failed to conform with their police to refund $50 from the cancellation phone service with return devices received. I have not heard anything since. I hope that someone would respond me regarding this matter.

Following are attaching the copies of UPSP confirmation letter with the tracking numbers and KyLin letter regarding their policy of cancellation service for refund of the devices.

I had canceled KyLin TV company’s phone service since last August and had returned phone devices as they described in the email accordingly. KyLin had promised to refund me $50 within three weeks of receiving my return devices. Now it is over half of the year since KyLin received devices in last August 6. KyLin still not send me $50 refund. No one would answer my calls anymore. I had filed complaint in this board in last fall but heard nothing yet.

I hope someone would respond to me for such matter.
