I want to complain about the wrapping around three products that I purchased today.
Mega Volume collagen Mascara.
colour Riche Lekhol eye liner
Lumi Magique Foundation

I purchased them from Boots in Aldridge Westmidlands . I made every effort to remove the wrapping around all the products but could not get it off, I had to resort to using scissors and even this method was difficult, I ended up stabbing three fingers in my attempt to open the products.
Whilst I do appreciate the need for anti theft devices I cannot understand why the need to over wrap in such a way that me as a paying customer should struggle so much to open.

Its not very often that I teat my self to the above products as I see them as luxury not a necessity and I find it very disappointing to end up with cut fingers. I will not be using L'Oreal again.
