To day l called LG Custmer care 1800 180 9999 regarding to door problem with my LG washing machine. I told to the person in the customer care, that we are unable to open the door of our washing machine and requested him to depute a Technician. He has taken over 12 minuets enquiring my details again and again & re confirming details twice thrice, thereafter asked me about the problem then made me to wait to check for the technician availability, later came back and told me near my place no service outlet is there and offered to send a technician from a service out let 3 km away. I said no problem. In a city 3 km distance is not a distance. Then came up informing that technician will come two days after. Perhaps the persons employed in LG customer care do not have any time sense. Wasted my time and failed to send the details through sms. They tell us conversation will be monitored/ recorded, I think none of their superiors ever checked, how their staff are handling their customers. Sorry LG employed useless personnel in their customers care.
