SINCE 2015, I have been trying to get my money - I have taken it up with legal aid - and they have been trying, but there was incident after the other with files going missing at the court and the it was only late last year that the sheriff went to premises in rivonia and they said it was all locked up....please if anybody has any recent information of their whereabouts please advise.

Criminals

I have been waiting since 5 May 2017. This was a scam and nobody is doing anything about this. I wish someone with a degree or some kind of knowledge would step forward and help me since I have o clue how to deal with type of crime How do they even pass the Law with such crimes?

Poor service delivery

H I have a problem with how labour law services opporates it frustrates us clients one would wonder if they're not a scam or what it because it stresses a lot. if the can't deal with your case why can't they say so they have been quiet about my case for over 4 to 5 months now this is the case from 2017 they're stil quiet I have waited for them to provide me with my case reference number to see if it was submitted to bargaining council they're clearly are lying to me I was wondering if I shoul take up the matter with the law society .regards nkululeko Gordon.

Labourlawdex / labour Law services

I requested Labour law Services which has offices in Rivonia to assist me handle my unfair dismissal at the CCMA with my previous company an in August 2017. The matter was settled out of CCMA and the company paid me 3 months salary which was made in 3 monthly installments at in the account of Labour Law services.

Labour Law Service (LLS) then told me after 1 month, in October after the first payment that they will pay the money into my account only after the last payment by the employer in December of 2017. This was after i went to their offices to find out because they were not returning my emails and calls.

December 15, i receive en email from them (LLS) telling me that they are closing on the same day for Christmas and they will be back in January the 17, 2018.
On the 18 January i sent them an email again requesting my money and thy sent me an email saying their they are in the process of replacing their revenue department and the new service provider will only start working in 1 March 2018 because of their tax year. I went to their offices again and they told me they will pay me the same week or the following week of which i refused to understand because they they keep telling me too many things and i do not understand why are they keeping my money and refusing to release it to me. Then they said they will pay it into my account before friday, 19 January 2018 which didnt happen.
i made a small research on the company and found out that they are not paying over the money to their clients and they are poor in communicating with them. I went to Helopeter (complaints website) and to my horror found out many complaints about them similar to the one i was making.
Please assist me.

bad service

Good day.

Unfortunately I have come to a dead-end. I am writing on behalf of my wife, Mrs. D Thavar, with regards to her payment by the below mentioned services. We have been promised every day that payment will be made into her account but no such luck. Recently I have found that the phone lines become disabled from 12pm till then. The disappointing part is that the staff either put you on hold and never take your call thereafter or they just cut you off without answering their phone.
If this is a public service then why is there no service?
Why are the people in this department lying to the public?
How do we get hold of someone to get realistic answers?
I have already spent in excess of R3oo in airtime trying to get payment which is due to me.
I hope you could try phoning the number below and see the frustration that we have to put up with.
I am currently trying to call the number below 011 612 3714 and they just put it on hold without even answering. Then it is just engaged for a long time.
It is transparent that these individuals don’t care about the public interest and further action needs to be taken to rectify the situation at [email protected].
The persons we tried dealing with are Cassandra S and Jeffery.
