Refusing me to submit uif form.

I was trying to submit my uif form since I was pregnant last year September. The security told me I MST come early in the morning and l went back at 8:00am and they told me tat they take 200 people a day, I went back December and they told me tat they have a party it was Friday I went back home I came back January @6:00am I queue and they counted people and said they are taking 200 people they told me 2 go and submit @ orlando I went there the was no electricity. I am Nokubonga an applicanti for uif insurance,I applied my uif on October 2015 then I get the money afta 5 days I signed.then I given the next date which was 23Dec2015 I signed till now I didn't get my money.I went to Butterworth Labour where I applied for my uif fund and ask I think it was on Tuesday 05012015 they told me that my money was paid to Mveleli,off which I don't knw Mveleli and he told me to wait and says he will submit a query to paymaster and I will get my money after few day.I am still not getting my money and can I get someone who will explain to
