Hi my case no is 10002385495,kindly plz assist I applied, for Uif in February this year,got my first payment I'm marcg,the second one In April and the third one in may,when I went to Germiston labour Centre in June to submit my June ui6 I was told they no longer use those and that I will get am sms and the payment will follow automatically, days went by and there was no sms and no payment, I then went back on the 25 of June to find out what was going on,a guy by the name of Clautt,i believe he is the manager there told me my ui6 was not scanned.

He took my numbers and promised to resolve the issue and he will call me within 2 days,days past and still no payment and no call from the guy,I decided to go back again to find out what was causing the delay,it was on the 6 of July 2015 and I was told my documents were scanned to some one who was currently on leave,thet said I should sign another ui6 and they will rescan it,days went by still nothing, I went back again on the 16 of July 2015 and I was told no payment was created they need to create it and I will receive a payment by Tuesday or Wednesday.

It is Wednesday today and still nothing, I called the call center and I was advised to go back to the Labour Centre to find out what was going on!!!!!!!!!!!! Like really now HOW MANY TIMES do I need to go back there for them to do the right thing?????? Clearly somewhere somehow some one is not doing what they get paid to do!!!!!! I mean we are mother's some of us are father's with families to feed and kids to take to school,and these are our own contributions why do we have to suffer like this????

I wish some can really take note of this and do something about it.
