No labour payout after death of my son. He was on duty when he passed away

My son was working long hours.
On his way after working 26 hours he had a accident while he was on his way to the site he was working on.
He passed away.
I loged a claim and after 8 years the claim dissapered.
No communication.
Nothing
Can you please help me.
