MATERNITY CLAIM BENEFIT

I have applied for my Maternity benefit in September 2022. First applied on Ufiling with no sucess to date. Every time I called they always told me that they will follow up, so I decided to go straight to the department to apply. I've visited the Randburg Labour Department on 6 occasions already. The first occasion I got turned down as their "systems were down". The second visit I finally made it into the department and they processed the application advising that all my documents were in order. The third occasion I got a call to say that my UI19 had an error which I rectified the very same day. The fourth visit I got another call to say that I need to get my bank form corrected as the wrong account type was selected which I did the very same day. I then checked my status and it said that my application was denied. I then went back for the fifth time only to be told that my signatures on my forms don't match which I got corrected the same day. The official then told me I should come back in January as they were closing for the December period and come straight to the assessor. I went there today, joined a line and waited for their power to come back as there was loadshedding and the securities at the door are full of arrogance! I was told that I should join the line without even listening to what was my enquiry was about. I then explained to the female security that I was told to come back and see the assessor. She said that she doesnt know of an assessor at that department but I should go in and check. She had let me in but the male security then saw she let me in and literally chased me out back outside to join the line without even listening to what I have to say or answer my questions as to why should I wait in the line if there is no assessor there. He then started pushing at me for me to get out the department and go outside into the line. This is absolutely disgusting behavior for security guards ! They are supposed to be there to assist us not behave in that manner!! Both male and female security guards then started speaking in their language and telling other people at the entrance that I am pushing in and I am lying that I need to see the assessor because I just want to go inside and skip the queue. I had a simple question as to why should I join the queue if there is no assessor there. But they didn't even give me a chance to ask that question. This is absolutely unacceptable that we have to go through this run around for money which is owed to us and still deal with security guards which behave in that manner!!!!
