No service no feedback
I submitted a claim on 20/03/2017. I was told it will be finalized in 8 weeks. I phoned the labour department and was told that a ui-19 form is outstanding to process the claim a day after I phoned I went to the labour department and gave Belina my form she asked me why do I have to bring it before they close at 15:40 the system was appartly down she took my form made copies of it and was promised to get a call from her the following morning.I phoned a week after I took the form to confirm if all is in order then the same form was.still outstanding. I phoned Belina on numerous occasions but always excuses that system is offline or she is busy with a client and will return my call. I phoned her again on Friday same story that she is busy with a.client and will return my call before end of business wich did not happen. I phoned again today and asked to speak to her but line keeps on cutting. I
