I submitted my Uif forms last year Oct, I got an sms saying my application was received and I should allow 35 days for processing. When I went to sign I was told my forms where not processed on the system and they don't have my UI19 for 2003-2004, which was submitted when I went on maternity in 2010 and nobody bothered to call me and tell me I have to submit, I only found out a month after. I sorted the UI19, after a week I called and enquired, I was told that my bank form has expired, which must happen since they said they wanted a 1 month bank statement, I had to re-do and submit. I enquired again after a week, I was told I applied before so I must come and apply again. I went and did the application again and 3 weeks after I received an sms saying my application has been rejected, when I went there I was told to ignore the sms everything is fine on the, the assessor must just approve. When I called a couple of days later to find out why it's taking the assessor so long I was told my application was rejected because I applied too late. What do I do now???? Case no:10003631616
