Labour Law Dex assisted me with an unfair dismissal and settlement was paid directly into their account in April 2016. To date I have not received the settlement due to me despite countless emails, phone calls and physical visits to their offices. My email to them today bounced back stating that the email address is no longer valid.

What now? Who can help? They are definitely fraudsters.

I was assisted with Labour Law Assist dex when I went to the CCMA in Durban
I was awarded R42 000 payment which was paid immediately into this company.
I have been waiting since October 2016 for payment
I was constantly in touch with Trey., Johannes, Chengeti and many others to no avail.
I was constantly reminded that Trey would get the accounts department to pay up.
I have sent over 100 E Mails and nobody at this stage is replying to them.
I have logged a Fraud case against them and have heard nothing.
Please help regarding this.

I am now at my wit's end regarding the non-payment and withholding my compensation that was paid out to these people. In November 2017 my former employer paid Labour Law Services R11000 and to this day not a cent has been paid to me. The SAP will not do anything as I have signed a contract and they do not even take notice of a small claims court letter of demand either. This fraudulent company has stolen all of my money and will not answer their emails or telephone calls.

Very Frustrated. I was paid out by my previous employers in September 2017, to date I have not received the money due to me by Labour Law Dex. They avoid my calls or make up a new story every week. I am currently still unemployed and they have stolen my money I need to live on.

Please Help! I was retrenched and approach Labour Law Services for help to Solicit for more money and my previous employer settled the case and paid. They've been ducking and diving avoiding my calls and emails. Please arrest people working for this company as I'm currently not the only one going through such.
