Hi I have been trying to claim uif from beginning of April 2019 after I lost my job I have been working for 4 years getting a salery of 25000 and been paying uif since I started every month end I waited 4 months for my first payout after the office send me back and forth collecting papers evertime there was something els short but the UIF office phoned me apologize for the inconvenience and sorry it's been taking so long finally after 4 months the first payment came it was 17000 also being a multy claim according toe uif CBD I sow there was something wrong and went back to sort the payment out ass whe strugled to get help the person that took time to help uss then looked at my profile on the computer and told uss there is a big problem there were months short on the program but I have worked and handed all of the necessary paperwork in on the first day I came to claim so he said that he will see that it gets fixed and I will get payd what I deserve by the next payday. But the next payment came and it was 7000 not close to what I had to get I then went back to them again after spending the hole day being send back and forth again getting laughed att and not getting taken seriously someone else again took the time to take a look at my profile and also send me to the senior the lady took a look at uss and just send us to the ceo not looking at the problem att all I asked them to tell me how they work it out and in front of the ceo I took my calculator and worked it out like they do and the bombers don't Mach at all but after fighting I sow it was not going to help I need to get help elswere but we're I have all my documents ready just need some to help me get what I already paid for 4 years the money uif already have why don't I get paid what I have to they think you are a joke and just don't want to listen pls help me to take this matter on hand [email protected] is my email if someone can help me pls mail me
