Cindy Summers, Park Manager of LaCasa Blanca in Apache Junction, Arizona was given my mobile home to sell. She has let me down on so many levels and in my estimation has some problems. The first problem I had was when she brought a buyer by to show my home but never notified me in advance and when I answered the door, her question to me was what are you doing here? The next problem I encountered is her lack of communication. You never know if the house was shown. I asked if there was any feedback about the house because she never says. The last problem I had with her that was the one that upset me the most was that I like the people who ended up buying my house and they were having problems with the man falling in his RV. I felt bad and as the house was empty I told Cindy that it would be alright for them to move in as soon as they were able. She told me, and I quote, "No, not until you get a check." I told her okay as she was the expert and knew the correct way to do things. Less than a week later I go back down to deliver a signed contract, and I see these people moving into my house. I still have no signed papers or a check. When confronted, Cindy lies to me and tells me she never said that. I don't make these things up. Then I get an e-mail from the office that has a copy of the contract for me to sign and a second e-mail telling me there is a copy of the check that was overnighted to the title company. No picture of the check and two more copies of a contract that I have already signed. Is this any way to conduct a real estate transaction? Incompetence at it's best in my estimation. I am one unhappy person. The electricity was still in my name when they moved in. They had no insurance on the house. Thankfully I do because I am still responsible but will never let this happen again. BEWARE.
