I ordered a pair of adidas pants for $70 and received a pair of used pants with no tags and grease spots. I called to speak with a manager and was put on hold until I hung up (no one ever came to the phone). I never received an apology for their mistake just that I needed to return the pants before they would refund me anything. Lady Foot Locker/ Foot Locker lost a customer and I will spread the word about their poor inconsiderate service. I can't remember who I spoke with, but she was suppose to email me a return label, which I'm sure I won't receive. This is so upsetting.
