UIF
Good day. I went for my UIF claim case nr 1004411990 in the first week of June 2016 ,they send me sms on the 29 June 2016 to say my UIF is approve go back to labour 11 July 2016 to sign for the first time ,they tell me it take 10 days for money to be paid into my account ,after 15 days nothing happen ,I went back to the Labour Department and they tell me claim is still on pending ,what really bother me is that my ex colleage already received the money and we work for the same company can anyone tell me what could be the reason for the pending and how do I solve this matter.
